On December 4th, 2021, two and four-legged members of the PRC took part in the Southern Pines Christmas Parade. The Parade was cancelled in 2020 due to COVID. The crowd was making up for lost time! The PRC team looked wonderful with their blue and white Santa hats, festive attire and bells on their collars (the dogs!). Spectators crowded the route and we heard children shouting out acknowledging the PRC and looking for the therapy dogs that visited them in their classrooms. It was a great way to reintroduce our presence and remind the children that we are back in business!
