On March 16th, 2019, two and four-legged members of the PRC donned their green and took part in the annual St Patrick’s Day Parade in Pinehurst, NC. This was the PRC’s first time in the parade and we carried their our new banner proclaiming, “No Child Left Unkind!” The village was packed and children called excitedly to the dogs they recognized from their Pet Responsibility Program in the schools. It was a beautiful day and a beautiful way to spread the word!
